An Immediate Threat to America’s Sovereignty

We have discovered and warned about how the current federal administration is proposing changes in the World Health Organization (WHO) governance documents that will allow the WHO to assume massive new authority over the healthcare systems of all member nations in the world, almost two hundred nations in all.
As of May 22-28th, the WHO governing body at the World Health Assembly in Geneva will vote on the US Amendments to the International Health Regulations (IHR) that will strip all restraints off the Director General of WHO. There is almost no time left to stop the passage of these U.S. originated amendments, which are coming up very soon for a vote in Geneva, Switzerland, May 22nd through 28th. But we have a recent example of why we can still hope and why we must continue to act, raising the alarm. Whether or not we are successful in stopping the amendments, we will next have to take on the treaties being proposed by WHO, which will even more thoroughly destroy national sovereignty in favor of global health management by WHO.
Whatever the outcome in the next several months, these issues provide freedom-loving Americans with valuable ammunition with which to illuminate the intentions of both the Biden Administration and its collaborators among the Global Predators who wish to establish a New World Governance. Our sovereignty as a nation is under assault and must be made a key election issue in November. Stopping the “Ministry of Truth”
Three weeks after Nina Jankowicz was appointed head of the Department of Homeland Security’s new Disinformation Governance Board, she resigned.1It must have been one of the fastest turnarounds in Washington.
There was a firestorm of protest over her appointment and the creation of the now “paused” Disinformation Governance Board that led to her resignation.2 The ill-fated Disinformation Governance Board was supported by the heavily armed U.S. Department of Homeland Security — which has enough law enforcement operational and support components, guns, and armaments for a federal military. This Homeland Security Department is part of the Biden administration known for calling parents domestic terrorists for disagreeing with controversial curriculums at school board meetings.3,4 But this was not the only reason for the tsunami of concern over Jankowicz’s appointment. She was working on the Disinformation Governance Board business for at least two months prior to her announced appointment, according to her own tweet.5 And many of the declarations coming out of the White House and other departments of the Biden administration have been especially alarming to those who appreciate Constitutional freedoms.6
We must replicate the patriotic, freedom-loving success that stopped the Department of Homeland Security experiment in controlling thought, dubbed the “Ministry of Truth” after George Orwell’s 1984 fictional creation.
We only need to care enough and exert enough energy and make it a huge election issue of general appeal to all voters. We need to be loud and determined, enduring and vocal. We need to exercise respect, restraint, and especially good humor. Bring on the memes! But go after the World Health Organization’s existential threat with our full conviction and concern.
WHO Criticism is Making a Huge Difference
We have heard from Congressional sources that there is a firestorm of concern and attention in Congressional offices about the World Health Organization (WHO) amendments proposed by the U.S. Biden Administration. This concern has been ignited by the phone calls, articles, columns, and media coverage about the WHO power grab. Every citizen who is signing petitions and calling their federal Congressional representatives and Senators is having an enormous impact on U.S. Congress. Our initial report, “Biden Handing Over U.S. Sovereignty to WHO,” has gone viral in Congress and throughout the world.
In the U.S. House of Representatives, 46 Representatives have now signed on as co-sponsors of H.R. 419 (2021-2022). Initially sponsored by Representative Chip Roy, the bill calls for “No Taxpayer Funding for the World Health Organization Act.7 Because of recent public pressure on Congress, several dozen more cosponsors have signed onto this bill in the last few weeks. Use the tools provided to connect with their Congressional representatives and add their voices to this critical effort.8
Representatives in the House and Senate need continuing and growing encouragement and support through our telephone calls, petitions, and social media efforts to be moved to act against the WHO takeover of U.S. and global healthcare. Concerned Congressional sources are asking for support that makes as much noise as possible — in the press, in letters to the Administration, to Congressional members, to state Governors and state legislators, and on social media.
We Cannot Depend on the Biden Administration to Respect Constitutional Rights
We continue to hear: that the U.S. Constitution protects us from WHO taking over our healthcare.
This is false. The Constitution is supposed to protect us. But our Constitution was set aside by Federal Executive Orders for two and a half years now and continuing. In addition, the amendments do not require any Congressional approval.9
We can no longer rely upon the rule of law to protect our sovereignty. We cannot expect our Constitutional, national, state, or individual rights to be upheld by law enforcement or by the courts. We have all seen violations of the law ignored, dangerous convicted criminals being released onto the streets, mobs burning and looting without any restraint, private property destroyed, and lives stolen in the urban chaos that has ensued from non-enforcement of the law.
We have seen Executive Orders at state and federal levels massively infringe on citizens’ rights in every state in America. On January 6th, victims of unlawful imprisonment are being held without bail and without a speedy trial in solitary confinement.10
We have both uneven application of the law in many cases and non-application of the law in so many cases. As the last two and a half years have shown us, we are not currently protected by our Constitution or our federal and state laws.
The Immediate Threat from WHO
The amendments will completely remove all current restrictions on the activities of the WHO Director General and will empower him to declare a suspicion of a “potential” global health emergency in any nation without their cooperation or agreement. Within 48 hours, the Director General will be empowered on the mere suspicion of an ill-defined emergency, and be able to publish his recommendations and regulations to marshal all the agencies of the United Nations and other groups outside the UN to put pressure on dissident nations. Other nations feel empowered by WHO to place suggested restrictions on the targeted nation. The World Bank which is an extreme supporter of empowering WHO, could also put pressure on nations.
The Director General, Tedros, of the WHO will be the sole arbitrator of many health issues and activities, including declaring health emergencies relating to physical health, mental health, environmental health, and social health. This means that if the WHO and Tedros decide that guns are producing an “epidemic” of violence, then gun confiscation can be ordered. Or, if overpopulation is declared to be the cause of food shortages, then WHO could order population control actions, including abortions and euthanasia.
If the proposed World Health Organization amendments do pass this coming week, the U.S. will be obligated to follow WHO orders. The current administration will be fully compliant — they will not even try to fight WHO directives. After all, the current administration proposed these amendments, and this current administration has proven it is globalist — and, therefore, a treasonous enemy of our nation.
Although it is comforting to believe our U.S. Constitution may protect us in America, in fact, the U.S. Constitution has in effect been suspended for over two years, and we are at continuing risk of another lockdown and other mandates at any time. There has been no reckoning, no investigations, no broad recognition among our administration or around the world of the grave damage done. The escape or release of SARS-CoV-2, the botched and sabotaged early days handling of the disease, the suppression of inexpensive and time tested antivirals and other medications, the malfunctioning testing equipment released by the CDC, the deadly use of ventilators on patients arriving at hospitals, the engineered shortage by China of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment). The fear campaign drove the world into a total lockdown, destroying national economies, supply lines, judicial systems, small businesses, families, children’s early development, and life as we knew it altogether. And most of all, the lives lost from COVID-19 and the lives lost because of the COVID-19 totalitarian mismanagement.
Our children and our children’s children and theirs will have no idea how it feels to live in a free society unless we demand that our rule of law and our Constitutional rights be reinstated and that the reckoning comes for the global disaster we have all survived.
The Longer Threat from WHO
The next assault on U.S. sovereignty and that of other nations are the treaties proposed by WHO. Tedros and the World Health Organization are preparing to make treaties over the next two years with individual nations to take over their healthcare structures, the “architecture” of healthcare.
This treaty takeover by WHO makes it the guiding and central authority for the world’s healthcare. Tedros himself promises this in his opening remarks made to the WHO Executive Board in January of 2022.11 Tedros’ fifth priority “for the world and for WHO going forward is “to urgently strengthen WHO as the leading and directing authority on global health, at the center of the global health architecture.” He declared at the end of his speech, “We are one world, we have one health, and we have one WHO.”
No single individual should be established as the world dictator over global healthcare and hence the healthcare of every nation. But Tedros is uniquely qualified to be a dictator. He is not a physician. He was an important person in the terrorist organization, Tigrayan People’s Liberation Front (TPLF). Reports say he played a key role in the kidnapping of a prominent dissident and other illegalities. He became Ethiopia’s health minister and is known for having suppressed information about three cholera outbreaks, calling them watery diarrhea instead. Because of these roles and actions, Tedros became China’s perfect candidate for WHO’s next Director General as the prior WHO Director General was retiring from her position and returning to China.12,13
If these treaties are implemented, the treaties become an even greater threat than the amendments to WHO’s International Health Regulations.14
What Do We Do Next?
As of next week, the opposition to WHO totalitarian control becomes a marathon. We must keep our shared attention, and that of our representatives, upon U.S. sovereignty and Constitutional freedoms.15
Call your Congressional and Senate representatives’ offices.
Call your state representatives and your Governors. Every state in the U.S. is threatened by this federal action and needs to begin legally objecting to the WHO takeover of healthcare actions that are the responsibility of each state and our federal government.
Remember, the Midterms are coming!
The WHO Amendments and upcoming treaties are both the greatest threat and the greatest gift to U.S. sovereignty. The threat from these actions by WHO should be broadcast and exposed in every outlet and on every town square, every media, and social media outlet, through letters and phone calls to media and Congress and to our state representatives.
These proposed WHO Amendments and upcoming treaties will be a huge gift if they serve to remind us of the globalist threat to everything we value the most–our individual freedom, liberty, and American sovereignty–and to galvanize us into action. While we must fight both the amendments and the treaties, we must not forget that the greatest struggle of all is for the Refounding of America as a patriotic, liberty-loving, constitutional democracy.
The most important actions are to begin preparing yourself, your friends, and your neighbors for the midterm elections in November of 2022. Every Representative in the House and one-third of the members of the Senate are up for reelection. We must remind ourselves and all citizens that our American sovereignty is for sale and that we expect every Congressman and Senator elected to refuse to allow America to be sold. Make the giveaway of our sovereignty an issue throughout America in the November Midterm elections.
We, the citizens of the United States of America, must do all we can to ensure that we elect liberty and freedom-loving Americans who embrace the United States’ Constitution and reject globalism as a major threat to U.S. sovereignty.
