Transhumanistic experimentation is a darling of the Deep State in general and especially the FDA Center for Devices

In 2019, before COVID, an urgent video was made by Melissa and Aaron Dykes of Truthstream Media that spotlighted Elon Musk’s drive to develop means of directly connecting the brains of humans to computers.

Now, this prediction has been fulfilled. Dr. Peter Breggin reports:

The FDA’s approval of Elon Musk’s Neuralink for human experimentation is momentous — a potentially catastrophic step toward transhumanism — the attempted physical control of the mind.¹ I emphasize “attempted” because all such previous attempts have inflicted severe injury on the brains of the subjects without achieving any significant control over the individual’s behavior. Neuralink uses a robot to “sew” very thin electrodes into the brain for interfacing with computers.

Neuralink is the same basic brain intervention that I spent several years combating in the early 1970s when neurosurgeons and psychiatrists were already implanting electrodes in the brains of mental patients for remote control on a psychiatric ward at Boston City Hospital with Harvard doctors who had grant support from both Deep State, the Law Enforcement Assistance Administration (LEAA) of the Department of Justice (DoJ) and the National Institutes of Mental Health (NIMH). As far back as October 25, 2019, I have been critical of Musk’s Neuralink as one more form of psychosurgery using brain stimulation rather than outright burning holes² in the brain. Neuralink revives psychosurgical experimentation with thread-like electrodes under the control of computers, but the principle is the same — stimulating the brain to control human conduct. Reuters broke the story on May 26, 2023, and stated:³ 

Musk envisions brain implants could cure a range of conditions, including obesity, autism, depression, and schizophrenia, as well as enabling Web browsing and telepathy. He made headlines late last year when he said he was so confident in the devices’ safety that he would be willing to implant them in his children.

This is the kind of inhumane grandiosity we have found among the global predators who would control humanity and written about in our book COVID-19 and the Global Predators: We Are the Prey. Notice that Musk allegedly says he would be willing to implant his children — but what about himself? Should we inform Child Protective Services? Musk’s very naming of his children sounds abusive: One is officially named Exa Dark Sideræl Musk, and another is named X AE A-XII or X for short.⁴ Some elites are known for their weird views and practices of their children, and this seems no exception.

It is telling, and threatening, that Musk’s initial list of potential Neuralink uses does not include the treatment of any real physical diseases, such as parkinsonism, the abnormal movements of tardive dyskinesia caused by psychiatric drugs, or essential tremors. The human conditions mentioned as targets of Neuralink have no known physical basis. Obesity, autism, depression, and schizophrenia, along with Web browsing and telepathy, are not brain diseases. Two of these involve enhancing normal brain function: web browsing and telepathy. This is pure transhumanism — enhancement of human potential by human-technology interaction.

Physical factors can cause or contribute to obesity, including psychiatric drugs and hormonal imbalances, but in that case, correcting the cause is what’s needed. Similarly, psychoactive drugs and hormonal imbalances can cause depression, but again the goal should be to remove the cause. There are no known chemical imbalances or genetic predispositions behind any psychiatric labels such as autism, depression, or schizophrenia.   

In other words, the basic premise of Neuralink is not to cure or treat diseases like Parkinsonism or epilepsy but to physically control the normal brain in order to control the mind. In similar experiments that my reform work stopped, their outcomes were always the same: physical interventions into the higher brain functions with electrodes destroyed normal brain functioning and never did anything remotely helpful for the individual. But it brought a measure of fame and fortune to the experimenters until my efforts stopped them.

I have never heard of the FDA approving devices for human experimentation without a specific disease that it would be treating, but apparently, that is what happened:

The FDA doesn’t typically confirm approvals for human clinical trials but offered a statement Friday. “The FDA acknowledges and understands that Neuralink has announced that its investigational device exemption … for its implant/R1 robot was approved by the FDA and that it may now begin conducting human clinical trials for its device,” an agency spokesperson said in a statement Friday.⁵

Will the FDA protect the public from Musk unleashing a plague of transhumanistic experimentation on humanity? Not a chance. It will promote it. Transhumanistic experimentation is a darling of the Deep State in general and especially the FDA Center for Devices.

For decades, the FDA has resisted pressure to make the manufacturers of electroshock or ECT machines test their products for safety.⁶ As a scientist and medical expert in court cases, I have demonstrated that these machines produce gross permanent brain damage by inducing multiple electrical trauma that causes coma and traumatic brain injury with all the classic symptoms, including permanent severe memory loss, confusion, disorientation, emotional instability, and often dreadful overall deterioration.⁷ Just before COVID, I wrote a report for a court that led the judge to allow a product liability case to go to a jury trial. The judge concluded that my report produced sufficient scientific evidence for brain injury to allow the jury to make a decision if the plaintiff had been damaged. The company, Somatics Inc., immediately changed its stance completely, settled the case, and wrote the risk of brain damage and severe memory loss into its warnings for the doctors and into a report to the FDA.⁸

What did the FDA Center for Devices do in response to the admission of ECT’s dangerousness? Within days, it officially approved ECT for the first time since its first use in the US around 1940, naming catatonia and treatment-resistant depression as suitable for treatment with it. Most remarkably, it dropped ECT from consideration as a level III higher-risk device to a level II, moderate risk.⁹ This was outrageous and bizarre because ECT is the most brain-damaging treatment routinely used in medicine and psychiatry. It works by repeatedly damaging the brain with up to 10 times the dose of electricity required to cause a seizure and to knock the patient out and into a comatose state. The connections between the FDA’s Center for Devices and DARPA’s dark agendas are worthy of future investigations.

Remember that the CIA funded some of the worst electroshock experiments ever done on humans at McGill in Canada, in which women had their identities destroyed by the “treatment,” in some cases reprogramed to meet their husbands’ needs.¹⁰ Remember, the CIA MK-Ultra long history of funding psychiatric experiments on unwitting subjects, including military personnel.¹¹

I’ve already noted that during my anti-psychosurgery campaign, I discovered that the Department of Justice (DoJ) Law Enforce Assistance Administration (LEAA) was funding a psychosurgery research project that involved remote control of the brain and mind. Similarly, the Department of Defense (DoD) Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) is supporting Musk’s Neuralink research. According to one analyst:¹²

Nobody has funded the BCI [Brain-Computer Interface] research and development with as much sustained energy as DARPA. Almost every advance or major technology in the field can be traced back to DARPA funding to the researchers. Neuralink’s ‘sewing machine’ surgical robot can be traced to the 5-year $70M SUBNETs program…

The FDA must be stopped from allowing Musk to experiment with Neuralink on humans for physical control of the brain and mind. First of all, Musk’s animal experiments are already surrounded by controversy.¹³ Second, similar experiments in the past have caused serious damage to the victims. Third, there is no longer even a pretense that the ultimate goal is treating physical diseases of the brain – it’s about controlling the human mind through control of the human brain.

The Internet is filled with protests that Neuralink has been abusing animals in its experimentation.¹⁴ There’s not much in the way of protests against applying it to humans. If Neuralink is allowed to proceed to human experimentation — If the FDA opens this door — the dreadful principle of transhumanism will be officially established, and humanity will be much the worse for it. Untold numbers of human beings will be irreversibly damaged physically and mentally.
