We had no idea what was going to explode on the air when we invited Paul Elias Alexander to be on the show today to talk about his amazing, historically pivotal book about the medical/public health coup against President Trump. His book is Presidential Takedown: How Anthony Fauci, the CDC, NIH, and the WHO Conspired to Overthrow President Trump. Dr. Alexander knows the inside truth, because he advised top government officials in his role as “Senior COVID Pandemic Advisor” to the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS).

In an unexpected explosion of issues around Dr. Robert Malone and the fight for freedom, just before the show, we told our friend Paul Alexander that we were also going to discuss on the show that on October 30, 2022, Malone had filed a defamation suit against us in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Virginia, Charlottesville, Virginia for the outrageous but terrifying amount of $25,350,000. We believe the suit has no merit — we have never defamed him or anyone else.

We believe the purpose of the suit is nothing less than to crush us financially if we don’t stop criticizing him. On the show, Ginger and I describe what it felt like, on the advice of attorneys, to stop talking about Malone, and why we reverse course, deciding for the good of all to continue exercising our First Amendment right to shine a light on Malone’s ideology and actions.

In a complete coincidence, that very morning, Paul had written a substack criticizing Malone on a variety of issues. Ginger had read part of the substack a few minutes earlier and mentioned it to me as we were getting ready to interview Paul. The show has an amazing combination of issues: Paul, his great book, Presidential Takedown, and his substack — as well as Malone’s suing us for many times what we are worth. Above all, it’s a show about standing up for freedom against adversity.
