Dr. Breggin's book and peer-reviewed scientific papers below present a new approach to understanding and overcoming guilt, shame and anxiety. Negative Legacy Emotions are no longer needed because we humans have reached a stage where we can replace instinctual emotional reactions with reason, ethics and love, and choose how we want to live.
