Dr. Breggin was introduced by Sami Timimi, M.D. consultant child and adolescent psychiatrist and director of postgraduate education in the NHS in Lincolnshire and a visiting professor of child and adolescent psychiatry at the University of Lincolnshire, where the event took place.
